Last time, we shared our case about an Euro customer asking for CE certificate for the toys of our bath bomb. And we have the issue which lab said toys didn’t need to arrange CE certificate.

And after we checked with one of our supplier, they offer us a testing report from Intertek, it was their EN71 testing report, and it is a report but it is for their Euro market. At that moment, I didn’t know if it met the request for my client. So I asked supplier to send this testing report and passed this report to my customer.

My customer said it was not what they needed, but after my persuade he tried to check if this testing report can use for selling is UK. A few days later, my customer told me the good news that the testing report is acceptable. So we start working on arrange the other bath bomb certificate for this item.

After all certificate ready, customer start placing order with us, this month, we received the 3^rd order from them, and keep developing new items and gift set for this UK customer.
